Following a Modern Languages degree, Anna began her career in 1996 and gained a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and then Chartered Marketer status in 2002. She has worked in marketing positions in agencies and in-house across a variety of sectors.

In May 2002, Anna embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure, setting up Leasehold Solutions with her brother, Alex Greenslade. In 2007, she co-founded ALEP and is also a partner of Leasehold Valuers, launched in 2013, and Leasehold Law, a law firm founded in 2014.

A true strategist at heart, Anna is passionate about using her marketing skills and personal experience of running successful companies to really make a difference to clients’ businesses and loves nothing better than ‘the plan coming together’ successfully with a campaign or event.

Clare began her career in marketing after graduating with a degree in English in 1997. She quickly worked her way up to level of Account Director agency-side within the new homes industry working with clients such as Crest Nicholson and Persimmon.

Clare moved to a client role in 2001 where, as Communications Manager for Kia Motors, she played an integral part in launching Kia to the mass market. She founded DRIVE with Anna after spending a number of years in healthcare communications and marketing.

Clare, having realised that resistance is futile, has joined her household of boys in their love of cricket and rugby. She supports Kent’s Spitfire cricket team and is determined to get Anna to understand the joys of leather on willow.

With 24 years’ graphic design experience within many sectors (including the launch of OK! Magazine) Tracey is another keen marketer and has known and worked with Clare since the days before Google.

Tracey loves nothing more than crafting creative solutions to business problems and she specialises in brand identity design.

Tracey is passionate about all aspects of design and has just designed her first self-build house.

She loves colour, interior design and art, and fonts are her favourite thing. Not only can she design, but she paints, crochets, knits, sews and bakes.

Social media professional, content creator, and cat video enthusiast, Demelza has a first class degree in Photography and her passion for all things online has driven her career in digital marketing. She’s constantly soaking up the latest brand trends, social advertising techniques and the most popular content out there.

Her creative education combined with her marketing experience means she has the ability to design and create beautiful content, as well as understand the integral details that goes into a successful marketing campaign.

In her spare time, she obsesses with Instagram aesthetics and writes for her own travel/lifestyle blog.

Courtney joins our team to create another line of communication for our clients. With experience working in a post-production house, Courtney brings an organised and efficient manner to the DRIVE office. Courtney’s real passion for Marketing began with her intrigue for Media Studies at A Level which carried her through her first year of University at Queen Mary in London, studying Marketing and Management.

Courtney has previously been a part of organising charity events and enjoys travelling. She has been lucky enough to see a lot of the world, most enjoyable was her 4-week trip to Thailand in 2016 to volunteer at an animal sanctuary, working with local staff to ensure the best quality of life for the animals.

Courtney aims to learn as much as possible from being part of team DRIVE, to bring her strengths to the team and to expand her knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing and events!

Jane, a qualified primary school teacher and history buff, works part-time at DRIVE HQ and ensures that we are all organised.

When she’s not proof-reading documents, efficiently maintaining diaries and keeping things ship-shape, Jane leads history workshops and can often be found dressed as a Roman.
