Looking to host an event and not too sure where to start?
We have spent years planning and organising events and parties within all kinds of budgets, in all kinds of venues and locations. In March 2020 when we first came across the phrase ‘unprecedented times’, we adapted immediately to our clients’ event needs, designing and implementing high quality events on online platforms. For one client we ensured that during the various lockdowns of 2020 and 2021 their essential income from conferences was not impacted in any way. For another, we designed and implemented a programme of networking and corporate hospitality-style events online which were extremely successful and well-attended. As the world opens up we will no doubt continue to deliver online events as part of our clients’ events programmes.
Every event, large or small, online or offline, needs careful planning to ensure successful, and most importantly of all, stress-free execution.
We believe that the devil is very much in the detail and we will plan every aspect of your event to ensure that nothing is overlooked. We never lose sight of the fact that this is your event and most importantly – you’re paying – and we will work closely with you to ensure that your big night (or day, afternoon, hour…) not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them.
For every event we design, the process is the same, with detailed planning absolutely vital to its success. Whether that’s for a corporate party at Soho House for 50 VIPs, a Christmas drinks reception for 200 at the Royal Institution in Mayfair, or a conference and gala anniversary dinner for 300 guests at the glamorous RIBA in central London.
Here at DRIVE, we are adept at listening to our clients and helping them identify exactly what it is they are trying to achieve with an event, be it a product launch or celebration of a special occasion. We then plan and deliver events with these objectives in mind and our experience ensures that every single one runs as smoothly as possible.
